SNICKERS OFF YOUR GAME 2026 – FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion “Snickers Off Your Game” (the “Promotion”). Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering and ticking the box “Enter”, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland, except for employees of Mars Inc. companies, their immediate families, associated agents and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.
3. Internet access, registration and purchase required.
4. Maximum 10 entries per person during the promotional period will be accepted, with one entry allowed per person per day. Anyone attempting to enter more frequently will be disqualified.
5. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or entering via agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases, or entries automatically generated by computer, will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily or overall limit will be accepted. Each entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
6. The Promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 30.03.26 to midnight on 30.06.26. Entries submitted outside of this period will be invalid and not included in the promotion.
HOW TO ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN
7. For the chance to win, purchase any Snickers, Snickers Ice Cream, Twix, Milky Way, Bounty, Mars or Ripple and scan the QR code on the advertising material presenting the Promotion, or visit www.snickers.com/football/en-gb. Complete the online entry registration form by entering your full name, email address, mobile number and the last 4 digits of your pack’s barcode.
8. If entering from ROI, a skill question will need to be answered before registering your barcode and personal details.
9. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entries made using disposable or anonymous email services will be considered invalid and will not be accepted.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries exceeding the permitted limit or those using deceptive methods like scripts, brute force tactics, IP masking, multiple aliases, or any other form of identity manipulation.
THE PRIZES
11. The prizes available differ depending on whether they are awarded daily by way of “winning moments” or at the end of the Promotional period. The total list of prizes available to be won are as follows:
Prizes – awarded daily through “winning moments” (the "Winning Moments Prizes")
(a) 175 x £100 JD Sports vouchers, or for winners from the Republic of Ireland, €100 cash;
(b) 10,000 x £1.00/€1.00 coupons to be used against the purchase of any Snickers product at selected stores (Tesco, Sainsburys or Asda). ROI coupons are valid at Tesco only.
Prizes – awarded at the end of the Promotional period (the "Main Prizes")
(a) 2 x 5-star football experience for a winner and their chosen guest, which includes:
- Economy returns flights for two from select major international airports in the winner’s home country only to the winner’s European destination of choice from London, Milan, Paris or Barcelona.
- Return private airport transfers in the winner’s chosen destination.
- 5* hotel accommodation for two nights in the chosen destination, based on two adults sharing one double occupancy room. The hotel will be selected by the prize provider (Element London Ltd) at its sole discretion.
- Daily breakfast.
- Three-course dinners with drinks for two at restaurants in the winners' chosen destination on each evening of the stay, up to a maximum value of £85/€100 per person per day, including service charge. Restaurants to be chosen and booked by or on behalf the Promoter at its sole discretion.
- £200/€240 Uber gift voucher for winner’s chosen destination to cover travel expenses while away.
- Guided tour for two of a leading football stadium in the winner’s chosen destination.
VIP hospitality tickets for two to a top football team in winner’s chosen destination, up to a maximum value of £650/€750 per person:
Exact inclusions will vary by destination but will typically include premium seats, three-course meal and complimentary drinks. Specific fixtures are based on availability, and a list will be provided to each winner once their preferred destination is confirmed.
Travel insurance allowance to cover both winner and guest.
All costs not specifically referred to above are excluded, including:
Any incidental costs or personal expenses incurred by the winner and his/her guest.
Excursions and activities other than the ones listed above.
Transfers, drinks, and food other than as listed above.
Winners and guests must:
Be aged 18 or over.
If travelling internationally, hold a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel.
Obtain any necessary visas and insurance.
Have a valid credit or debit card for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.
Once booked, the prize accommodation cannot be amended or cancelled. Travel to be booked within 12 months of prize being awarded.
(b) 10 x football tickets with overnight stay for a winner and their chosen guest:
Football Tickets: 1 x standard ticket per person to football match of winner’s choice (UK or ROI only, subject to location of winner). Choice to be made from a selected list of games chosen by the prize provider (Element London Ltd) in their sole discretion.
Accommodation: 1 night’s 4-star hotel accommodation in winner’s chosen city, based on two people sharing one double occupancy room, with breakfast.
At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel. Winner and guest must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
£100 (£50 per person)/€120 (€60 per person) travel allowance provided for winner to arrange travel to chosen city, to be provided by way of bank transfer to the winner's nominated account.
UK winners - package limited to UK only.
NI/ROI winners – package limited to ROI only.
A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation.
Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider (Element London Ltd) at their sole discretion.
Accommodation does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the winner and their chosen guest.
The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated here.
Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to the first proposed departure date.
All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available.
The prize cannot be taken between 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday.
Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time.
PRIZE INFORMATION
12. There are 10,187 prizes in total, as detailed, that are available to be won throughout the entire promotion. Only one Main Prize can be won, per person.
13. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. No cash alternatives or other alternative prizes will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the determination of the winners or the awarding of a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel all or part of the Promotion or entries, at any stage, with no liability.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
15. All prizes will be awarded via an independent computerised process.
Winning Moments Prizes
16. The Winning Moments Prizes are pre-allocated via an open winning moments algorithm. The process will identify random times as “winning moments” and the first entrant to submit a valid entry on or after such “winning moment” will be awarded a Winning Moments Prize at random. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment will remain available and allocated to the next "winning moment". There is no guarantee that all prizes will be claimed.
17. Winners of the £100 JD Sports Gift Cards (or Republic of Ireland €100 cash) will receive a text message within 14 days, to the mobile number provided on entry containing their winning voucher link and instructions on how to redeem.
18. Winners of the £1.00/€1.00 coupons will receive a link via text message within 14 days. UK winners can then choose their retailer from Tesco, Sainsburys or Asda. ROI winners will receive a Tesco coupon. This voucher is unique and can only be used once. It may be used as full or part payment of up to £ 1.00/€1.00 off any Snickers product at any participating UK store of the selected retailer or Tesco store for ROI winners (excludes petrol stations & online). The offer may only be redeemed in-store. Smartphone and internet access necessary. Any additional items will be charged accordingly. Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase. Offer subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Not for sale or auction. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Subject to your local store’s opening hours. Check your local store for opening hours. Valid in UK / ROI stores, as applicable, only.
Main Prizes
19. Once the promotion has closed, the Main Prizes will be awarded on 14.07.26. The winners of the Main Prizes will be contacted via the email provided upon entry of the Promotion within 14 days, followed by a call on the mobile number provided upon entry, to organise their prize. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners. If a winner has not responded to initial win notification after 14 days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to or declines to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to select a new winner from the reserve list drawn up at the time of the draw or from all remaining entries if needed.
GENERAL INFORMATION
20. A list of Main Prize winner(s) surnames and their counties is available on request. Please post your request and a SAE to: Snickers Off Your Game, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG within 3 months of the Promotion close date. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing contact@ukmw.mars.com(open in new tab). The Promoter may nevertheless disclose information to regulatory authorities if required by law to do so.
21. In the event a winner requests for their personal data, including phone number and address details to be deleted, the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of the winner's prize or assist them following deletion of their phone number. The name, contact details and (if applicable) bank account details of the winner(s) will be retained for 30 days after the prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winner. Surname and/or county details may be retained and made available to members of the public in accordance with Condition 19.
22. Winner(s) may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion without further remuneration.
23. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including by asking for the winner(s) identity, including proof of age (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize) and may refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions (including entry requirements) or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
25. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.
26. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims being delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
27. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor its agents or associated companies assume any responsibility or liability for:
a) Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;
b) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
c) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; and
d) Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person (or their property) which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion.
28. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining clauses shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.
29. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland, you may bring your claim before the Scottish, Northern Irish or Irish courts (respectively), if you wish.
