These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion “Snickers Off Your Game” (the “Promotion”). Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering and ticking the box “Enter”, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy at https://www.mars.com/privacy(opens in a new tab) and agree to any personal information you submit as part of this Promotion being held and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data submitted to Element London Ltd (the Promoter’s agent) by the winner of the football themed skills session and meet and greet will be treated in accordance with Element London Ltd’s privacy policy, which is accessible at element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/(opens in a new tab).

ELIGIBILITY

1. This Promotion is open to residents of UK, except for employees of Mars Inc. companies, and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

3. Internet access and registration required.

4. Maximum 1 entry per day.

5. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or entering via agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases, or entries automatically generated by computer, will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

6. The Promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 01.04.25 to midnight on 30.06.25. Entries submitted outside of these promotional dates will be invalid and not be included in the main promotion. Entries received between 00:00:01 on 01.07.25 to midnight on 01.09.25 will be entered into the wrap-up draw. Entries must be received within these times in order to be valid.

HOW TO ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN

7. For the chance to win, purchase any Snickers, Snickers Peanut Butter, Snickers Protein, Snickers Fruit & Nut, Snickers Ice Cream, Twix, Twix White, Twix Salted Caramel, Milky Way, Bounty, Mars and Ripple and scan the QR code on advertising material presenting the Promotion or visit www.snickers.com/football/en-gb. Complete the online entry registration form by selecting your chosen player and entering your full name, email address, mobile number and the last 4 digits of the pack barcode.

8. Only one entry per Entrant, per day will be accepted.

9. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entries made using disposable or anonymous email services will be considered invalid and will not be accepted.

10. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries exceeding the allowed limit or those using deceptive methods like scripts, brute force tactics, IP masking, multiple aliases, or any other form of identity manipulation.

THE PRIZES

11. For the entire Promotion, the following prizes are on offer (the “Prizes”):

11.1 Main Promotion prizes to be won are as follows:

(a) 3 x 1 one hour football themed skills session with a sports coach and either José Mourinho, Aitana Bonmatí or Bukayo Saka (the “Session”) for the winner and his/her guest followed by meet and greet with either José Mourinho, Aitana Bonmatí or Bukayo Saka as applicable. Sessions will take place between 1st January 2026 and 31st March 2026, at a location in Europe that will be indicated to the winners when the prize is organised, in accordance with the schedule of José Mourinho, Aitana Bonmatí or Bukayo Saka as applicable. The date and destination will vary depending on whether the Session is organised with José Mourinho, Aitana Bonmatí or Bukayo Saka.

This prize also includes:

• Economy return flights for two, from select major international airports in the winners home country only to the selected European destination.
• £100 allowance for return transfers between the winner's home and the airport in the winner home country.
• Hotel accommodation for two nights in the selected European destination, based on two adults sharing one double occupancy room. The hotel will be selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion but will be a minimum of 3*.
• Airport transfers and hotel to event transfers in the selected European destination.
• £240 food allowance to cover both winner and guest for the duration of the trip (£20 per person for lunch for 2x days and £40 per person for dinner for 2x nights).
• £100 Travel insurance allowance to cover both winner and guest.

Sessions will not be individual, with several people taking part at the same time. The exact number of participants will be determined by the Promoter.

Each Session does not include costs that are not specifically referred to above, including:

• Any incidental costs or personal expenses incurred by the winner and his/her guest.
• Excursions and activities other than the Sessions.
• Transfers, drinks, and food other than the one listed above.

Winners and guests must:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• If travelling internationally, hold a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel.
• Get any necessary visas and additional insurance.
• Have a valid credit or debit card for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

Once booked, the prize accommodations cannot be amended or cancelled.

All cash allowance will be provided via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account.

(c) 20,000 x £1.00 coupons

11.2 Wrap up draw prizes to be won are as follow:

PRIZE INFORMATION

12. There are 20,143 prizes in the main draw and 10 prizes in the wrap up draw. There are 20,153 prizes in total, as detailed, that are available to be won throughout the entire promotion.

13. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. No cash alternatives or other alternative prizes will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the determination of the winners or the awarding of a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel all or part of the Promotion or entries, at any stage, with no liability.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

15. The main draw will be held once the promotional period closes on 30.06.25. Entrants will be divided in accordance with the person they selected for their Session when submitting their entry. Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries for each person they selected, using an automated computer program: 1 winner will be selected for a Session with José Mourinho, 1 winner will be selected for a Session with Aitana Bonmatí and 1 winner will be selected for a Session with Bukayo Saka. All remaining valid entries will then be pooled together for the prize draw of 140 JD Sports Vouchers and 20,000 coupons.

16. All winners of the main prize draw will be notified no later than 14.07.25. Sessions winners will be contacted and notified firstly via the email provided upon entry of the Promotion, followed by a call on the mobile number provided upon entry, to organize their prize.

Winners of the £100 JD Sports Gift Cards will receive a text message sent to the mobile number provided on entry containing their winning voucher link and instructions on how to redeem.

Winners of the £1.00 coupon will receive a link via text message in order to choose their chosen retailer from Tesco, Sainsburys or Asda. Winners will then receive an additional text message containing their £1.00 voucher link for their selected retailer. This voucher is unique to you and can only be used once. It may be used as full or part payment of up to £ 1.00 off any Snickers product at any participating UK store of the selected retailer (excludes petrol stations & online). The offer may only be redeemed in-store. Smartphone and internet necessary. Any additional items will be charged accordingly. Original voucher must be presented at the time of purchase. Offer subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Not for sale or auction. This Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Valid for 7 days from the date of Offer period subject to your local store’s opening hours. Check your local store for opening hours. 17. The wrap-up draw will be held once the promotional period closes on 01.09.25. Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries using an independently supervised process. Wrap-up draw winners will be notified by no later than 15.09.25 with a confirmation text message to the mobile number provided upon entry of the promotion containing their winning voucher link and instructions on how to redeem.

18. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 10 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to or declines to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and to select a new winner from the reserve list drawn up at the time of the draw or from all remaining entries if needed.

GENERAL INFORMATION

19. A list of winner(s) surnames and their counties is available on request. Please post your request and a SAE to: Snickers Off Your Game, Mars Wrigley Confectionary UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG within 3 months of the promotion close date. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing contact@ukmw.mars.com(opens in a new tab). The Promoter may nevertheless disclose information to regulatory authorities if required by law to do so.

20. In the event a winner requests for their personal data, including phone number and address details to be deleted, the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of the winner's prize or assist them following deletion of their phone number. The name, contact details and (if applicable) bank account details of the winner(s) will be retained for 30 days after the prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winner. Surname and/or county details may be retained and made available to members of the public in accordance with Condition 17.

21. Winner(s) may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion without further remuneration.

22. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including by asking for the winner(s) identity, including proof of age (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the prize) and may refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions (including entry requirements) or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

24. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.

25. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims being delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

26. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor its agents or associated companies assume any responsibility or liability for:

a) Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;

b) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;

c) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; and

d) Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person (or their property) which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

27. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining clauses shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.

28. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland, you may bring your claim before the Scottish or English courts.
